Job Description:

Join a high-performance team as a Software Engineer to overhaul the $300B insurance industry. You will own core infrastructure and AI pipelines for an AI-native claims processor already generating multi-seven-figure ARR. This is a high-intensity, on-site role in San Francisco for builders who want to ship production-grade code from day one.

What you will do:

• Own core system design including PostgreSQL databases, vector DBs, and scalable cloud architecture on AWS/GCP.
• Build and deploy multi-modal AI systems that automate complex insurance intake, fraud detection, and routing workflows.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from writing technical specs to shipping production features alongside the founding team.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven builder with 2-5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with Python and cloud-native environments.
• High-agency problem solver with a background in high-performance environments like HFT firms, quant shops, or top research labs.
• Mastery of modern engineering stacks including REST, GraphQL, Docker, and complex database management.
