About the role

At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK – the world’s largest creator monetisation platform – is expanding our Creator Success team in Germany. We’re looking for a Senior Creator Growth Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of top creators and influencers in DE, ensuring they receive world-class strategy and guidance to increase their earnings and build long-term businesses on LTK.

You will:

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-performing creators/influencers in Germany, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Design and deliver high-impact strategies to drive creator performance, platform adoption and audience growth.
• Use data, trends and platform insights to identify opportunities and turn them into clear action plans.
• Work cross-functionally with Creator teams, Marketing and Brand Platform and represent LTK to creators, agencies and brand partners across the market.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes the creator/influencer landscape, loves building strategic relationships, and wants to help shape LTK’s next chapter in DACH.

How you will make an impact

• Develop and deliver short-, medium- and long-term strategies for a portfolio of high-performance creators/influencers to further increase their earnings.
• Be an expert on the social media and creator landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Substack etc.), staying up to date with new formats and features, and advising creators how to leverage each channel to grow their business, audience, sales and LTK.
• Provide insights and strategy to maximise performance of each creator’s LTK, and support the adoption of new tools, functionality and discoverability on the platform.
• Use data supported by AI to identify trends, forecast performance and deliver clear insights and action plans to drive further success for your portfolio.
• Lead the coaching of your portfolio on both quick wins and long-term tactics, including maximising seasonal opportunities throughout the year.
• Implement tailored, LTK app-focused strategies into each creator’s wider business plan.
• Identify new opportunities to build systems and touchpoints that maintain strong relationships with existing creators and unlock more opportunities from LTK brands.
• Act as a solutions-oriented partner, adapting quickly and proactively delivering solutions for any challenges that arise.
• Provide timely internal reporting, trend insights and creator feedback, highlighting areas to address and proposing new opportunities or process improvements for the business.
• Help maintain a high-performance culture of excellence within the Creator Success team.
• Engage with creators in person (events, meetings), virtually, or by phone/text/email, and represent LTK at key creator and industry moments in Germany. Some travel required.

What you will bring to LTK

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in a creator-first, social media, influencer marketing or agency role (for example: Talent Management, Account Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Strategy).
• Experience working directly with creators/influencers in Germany (DACH) is a strong plus.
• A fearless, entrepreneurial mindset to continuously adapt and reinvent tactics and processes, ensuring LTK maintains its market-leading position.
• Ability to fiercely prioritise workload to deliver results against the most impactful initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable shifting gears quickly when repositioning is needed, while maintaining composure and a solutions focus.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely while being a strong, collaborative team player.
• Strong interest in eCommerce, social commerce and the evolving creator/influencer landscape.
• Understanding of up-to-date advertising regulation (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback
