Our Client

A fast-growing vertical SaaS company building scalable solutions for the field services and pest control industry. The platform streamlines end-to-end operations—including scheduling, CRM, billing, and reporting—through a modern, cloud-based architecture. The engineering team focuses on delivering high-performance, user-centric applications that support complex, real-world business workflows

Job Summary

The main challenge is to scale and evolve a growing vertical SaaS platform within the field services industry by delivering new features and enhancing existing functionality. The role involves working across the full stack to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability, while continuously addressing evolving product requirements and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java
• Build modern frontend applications using Angular
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews
• Optimize performance and ensure security best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Use AI tools to improve development efficiency
