What We Are Looking For:

Nine months ago, we launched the Bandwidth Innovation Studio—a high-velocity "startup-within-a-giant" designed to move with the speed of a venture team while leveraging our global scale. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our flagship platform initiative: AI Voice Agents for SMBs.

This is a Founding Product Manager role. You will be deeply integrated with a high-caliber, T-shaped engineering team that already has a strong product mindset. Your differentiator isn't just managing a backlog—it’s your Product Taste. You have the intuition to advocate for superior UX and the design sense to turn complex AI workflows into a turnkey, white-label product that any reseller can deploy with ease.

What You'll Do:

• Design the Frictionless Journey: Own the end-to-end experience from demo to launch. While engineering handles the AI "weeds," you obsess over the path to the "aha!" moment.
• Close the Feedback Loop: Rapidly gather and synthesize feedback from partners and SMBs. You’ll turn qualitative insights and market performance data into high-tempo product refinements.
• Lead High-Impact Product Strategy: Partner closely with senior engineers on technical trade-offs while maintaining a relentless focus on "magical" product experiences.
• Architect a B2B2B Platform: Build a wholesale engine that empowers thousands of resellers to offer AI-as-a-Service to their customers.
• Master Zero-Touch Onboarding: Solve the configuration puzzle, enabling non-technical partners to launch a custom AI agent in under 10 minutes.
• Arbitrate Quality: Set the standard for voice interactions and setup flows, ensuring every touchpoint is professional and intuitive.
• Key Objectives:

+ Scale: Support tens of thousands of active agents with enterprise-grade reliability.

+ Speed: Achieve 10-minute "Zero-Touch" onboarding for partners.

+ Consistency: Maintain a 90%+ Task Completion Rate (TCR) for scheduling.

+ Market Validation: Translate initial "Anchor" partner feedback into a scalable product roadmap that drives measurable ARR growth.

What You Need:

• 5-8 Years of PM Experience: Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or platform environments.
• 0-to-1 Success: Experience leading a product from initial concept to scaled market launch.
• AI/ML Fluency: Direct experience launching AI-native features; familiar with LLMs and conversational AI, and have designed, shipped agentic LLM products.
• Design & UX Obsession: A portfolio demonstrating "frictionless" design and simple onboarding flows.
• B2B/Platform Background: Experience with white-label solutions or partner-facing APIs is highly preferred.
• The Mindset:

+ Exceptional Intuition: You instinctively identify friction and know how to fix it.

+ Market Curiosity: You are obsessed with understanding how the product is performing in the wild. You don't just ship; you validate success through data and user impact.

+ Technical Fluency: You can "hang" with senior engineers on technical constraints like latency and RAG.

+ Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer shipping and iterating on a weekly cycle.
