Job Description:

As the first finance hire at Console, you will report directly to the CEO as a strategic thought partner. You will build the company's financial foundation from scratch, owning everything from Series B preparation and pricing strategy to GTM analytics. This high-impact role transitions from hands-on modeling to leading the entire finance function.

What you will do:

• Lead Series B fundraising preparation, including complex financial modeling, board reporting, and developing the long-term annual operating plan.
• Partner with GTM teams to optimize revenue, track unit economics, and design pricing strategies across expanding product lines.
• Build and scale the entire finance tech stack and procurement processes to reduce burn and enhance real-time KPI visibility.

The ideal candidate:

• 10-12 years of experience combining elite investment banking or consulting rigor with strategic finance leadership at high-growth B2B SaaS startups.
• Proven track record of building financial models and systems from scratch through multiple growth stages, ideally within the AI sector.
• High-intensity operator who thrives in fast-paced environments like Rippling or Brex and enjoys cross-functional, in-office collaboration.
