Job Description
Are you a versatile professional with a technical or business background who enjoys working in a customer-facing role? We are looking for a talented and motivated individual for the Functional Consultant & Project Manager role, who will significantly contribute to the success of our Software-as-a-Service solution. If you are passionate about technology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be at the forefront of automation innovation, this is the perfect career opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand client-specific requirements and design tailored implementation plans aligned with their needs.
- Lead and manage the entire implementation process, ensuring smooth delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our development team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique workflows, and ensure successful integration with their existing systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or issues that may arise.
- Capture suggestions for new features and log them for the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, consulting, software development, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
