What You’ll Do
- Support applications to ensure system stability, availability, and performance
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents
- Provide support to business users by troubleshooting system issues and responding to inquiries
- Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities with end users
- Manage deployment processes and support change management activities
- Maintain alignment with internal teams (business and technology), vendors, and clients
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and operational processes
- Support documentation of solutions, incidents, and workflows
- Contribute to maintaining reliable and scalable financial systems in a production environment
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience as a Systems Analyst within financial institutions such as Asset Management, Custody, or Fund Administration
- Understanding of system architecture principles
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar
- Experience supporting applications and maintaining production environments
- Knowledge of system integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of functional testing and user validation processes
- Experience working in regulated environments and mission-critical financial systems
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (technical and functional)
Nice to have
- CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification
- Additional experience with financial systems related to custody, fund administration, or fund accounting
English level
