We are entering the next stage of growth, scaling toward $100M+ ARR, with AI becoming a core driver of product experience and business success.

TEAM

👥 You will lead a cross-functional organization (50+ people) across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and PMM.

The structure already includes strong middle management and two established product tracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

💻 Define and execute the long-term AI-first product strategy;

💻 Own product development end-to-end, from vision to delivery;

💻 Lead and develop Product and Engineering teams;

💻 Improve product and engineering processes to increase speed and quality;

💻 Identify bottlenecks, unlock growth opportunities, and support teams on an operational level;

💻 Drive company-wide initiatives, including OKR and quarterly planning;

💻 Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

—Product Sense

📌 Experience in scaling existing products and launching new ones;

📌 Strong ability to analyze product problems and define solutions;

📌 Clear product vision and ownership mindset.

—Behavioural Design

📌 Ability to design products that drive real user behavior and outcomes;

📌 Strong product intuition and taste.

—Applied AI

📌 Hands-on experience with AI-first products;

📌 Experience with AI Evals, RAG systems, and agent-based AI.

—Leadership & Communication

📌 Experience leading large cross-functional teams;

📌 Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

—Data & Problem Solving

📌 Data-driven decision-making approach;

📌 Ability to quickly identify root causes and prioritize effectively.
