Job Description:
Join a fast-growing startup as a key sales hire, driving new business by selling an AI-native platform to letting agents and portfolio landlords. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to running high-quality product demos and closing deals, directly impacting the growth of a category-defining rental operating layer.

What you will do:
- Execute the end-to-end sales process, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and running consultative product demos that convert to signed contracts.
- Act as a strategic consultant for letting agents, reviewing their tech stacks and demonstrating how Hybr’s AI automates enquiry handling and scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to feed market insights back into the platform, ensuring the product evolves with customer needs.
The ideal candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment where you consistently hit or exceeded targets.
- Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach, able to build trust quickly with business owners and navigate complex operational workflows.
- Proactive, "builder" mindset with the grit to handle startup volatility and the commercial sharpness to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
