About the role
As an Account Executive (AE), you’ll be responsible for converting qualified leads scheduled by the SDR team into paying customers through effective discovery, tailored demos, and consultative closing. Your focus will be on understanding prospect needs, showcasing Amenitiz’s value, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process in a fast-paced SaaS environment with a short sales cycle.
Your missions
- Conduct tailored product demos focused on solving prospects’ pain points and driving urgency to close.
- Run deep discovery during calls to validate needs, budget, and timing while aligning with business priorities.
- Own the sales process from demo to close, ensuring a high conversion rate and efficient follow-ups.
- Work closely with SDRs to improve lead quality and handover processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding post-signature.
- Partner with SDR Managers on all the product challenges to provide relevant insights.
- Track demo-to-close conversion metrics and suggest improvements in scripts or objection handling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure reliable forecasting and data-driven reporting.
- Suggest enhancements to sales enablement materials and demo workflows.
- Stay up to date on product updates, competitor positioning, and market trends.
- Engage in training sessions to refine demo and closing skills.
- Track personal metrics (conversion rate, time to close) and proactively improve.
Success Metrics
- Demo-to-close conversion rate.
- Time from demo to signed deal.
- CRM data quality and pipeline accuracy.
About you
- 2+ years in sales, preferably as an SDR, AE, or Inside Sales in SaaS or tech.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to tailor presentations to different prospect types.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, native-level in French, and fluent English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while working collaboratively.
- Great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- You have a healthy competitive nature and always strive to be the best but never at the expense of others.
