In this role, you will leverage your experience in equipment financing to connect with vendors, manage a diverse portfolio, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional financial solutions. What you will do:
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on outbound calls and building relationships with potential vendors.
- Prospecting: Identify and engage prospective clients to develop a robust pipeline, utilizing search engines and online advertising technologies. This is a role entailing daily outbound calling and heavy prospecting.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed minimum volume goals within the first 90 to 120 days through diligent outreach and networking. Collaboration: Work closely with senior-level Account Executives and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth transactions and client onboarding.
- Vendor Management: Onboard new vendors, ensuring they are comfortable with our systems and services.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in equipment financing or a proven sales record of at least 5 years in another industry, preferably in a sales role.
- Strong ability to read personalities and engage in meaningful conversations. Must be personable and able to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to a team environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Background in financial services is a plus.

- Competitive Base Salary of $60,000. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience
