RubrikX is our high-velocity product incubation team, focused on driving adoption and market share for our newest and most innovative cybersecurity and data resilience solutions. This is a pure "hunter" role for a motivated specialist who thrives on introducing disruptive technology to new customers.
As a Sales specialist for the region within the RubrikX team, you will have product revenue ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the CEUR region. We are seeking a relentless self-starter who is hyper-focused on building a product category business by acquiring new logos by discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, and executing account strategies, while also encouraging existing customer expansion. The Sales specialist must drive pipeline generation daily while working closely with the whole Rubrik organization and our ecosystem (channel partners, GSI’s and alliances) to exceed sales quotas.
What You’ll Do:
- You will be responsible for the growth of new portfolio products by driving demand and transactions with the Rubrik sales organization.
- You will work closely with product management and the growth team to provide feedback needed for product development and direction.
- You will be part of the EMEA Growth team and work together with the sales leaders and dedicated product pre sales engineers.
- Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities together with the Rubrik sales organization.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
- Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts.
- Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex Enterprise IT environments.
- Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s to enable rapid growth
- Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships
Experience You’ll Need:
- At least 20+ years full cycle tech sales experience a startup / scale-up environment (selling either IT Infrastructure, Cloud/SaaS or Cyber Security solutions
- Consistent track record landing net “new logos”
- Strong track record of performance selling to small to large Enterprise accounts
- Entrepreneurial spirit, as you are continually working on bringing new products to market
- Naturally curious with the competency to learn new solutions quickly
- Tenacious with natural drive and grit to get things done
- Understanding and experience working with an partner ecosystem
Highly driven, goal oriented “get it done” attitude
- Experience selling early stage products in a complex solution.
