Account Manager wanted to be the central point of contact for our key client in their New Categories division.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless collaboration between the client and our internal creative, strategy, and production teams, delivering impactful solutions that resonate in diverse global markets. If you thrive on building strong partnerships, solving intricate challenges, and contributing to the success of groundbreaking products, this is your stage.
What You'll Drive:
- Client Partnership & Growth: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for account growth and new initiatives within the New Categories portfolio.
- Strategic Planning & Translation: Understand the client's business objectives and challenges, translating them into clear, actionable briefs for our internal teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.).
- Project Management & Execution: Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and billing processes accurately, ensuring profitability and transparency.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, provide insightful reports, and present results and recommendations to the client, demonstrating value and strategic impact.
What You Bring:
- Proven Account Management: 4+ years of progressive experience as an Account Manager within an agency or in-house marketing team, successfully managing complex client relationships.
- Industry Acumen: Demonstrated experience working with highly regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance, alcohol, tobacco, gaming) or clients focused on new product/innovation categories is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, adept at managing expectations and fostering trust.
- Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance-Oriented: A proactive, diligent, and solution-oriented approach to navigating regulatory requirements and approvals.
- Problem-Solver: A natural problem-solver who thrives on finding creative solutions to intricate client and project challenges.
