The Role

As an Account Manager | Migration, you will play a key role in supporting Lucanet’s growth by closing a high volume of customer migration opportunities as existing customers transition onto our platform. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused position designed for someone ready to take ownership of deals and develop their closing capability in a structured sales environment.

You will operate in a high-throughput setting, managing multiple opportunities in parallel and driving momentum through disciplined follow-up, commercial clarity, and consistent deal progression.

What you’ll do

  • Own and close a high volume of migration opportunities within an existing customer base
  • Drive deal velocity through clear next steps, structured follow-ups, and commercial urgency
  • Manage multiple opportunities concurrently with relatively short sales cycles
  • Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and progress opportunities through to close
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and reliable forecasting

What you bring to the table

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an SDR, BDR, or junior sales role within SaaS or software
  • Readiness to step into a closing-focused role with clear revenue accountability
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort managing repeatable deal motions
  • Resilience, pace, and motivation in a target-driven environment
  • A positive, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Native/Fluent German & English communication skills
