Fintokei is a prop trading platform for traders who are serious about their craft. In Japan, prop trading is still largely undiscovered territory - and that's exactly what makes this role interesting. We have the product, the team, and the market knowledge. Now we're looking for someone to own how new traders find us, understand us, and take the first leap.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

You'll be the sole owner of the full acquisition funnel. From the first ad impression to the moment a client makes their first purchase. Your job is to make sure the right people find us, land on a page that converts, and don't fall through the cracks before they commit.

• Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and JP-specific platforms (Yahoo! JAPAN, LINE) with a monthly budget of ~$100k+
• Owning the full creative lifecycle for PPC and using AI tools to generate and test visual assets and ad copy without waiting on a design team
• Building and iterating on landing pages to improve conversion from lead to challenge-buyer
• Setting up and maintaining tracking (UTMs, GTM, GA4) to understand what's actually working
• Writing and localizing direct-response copy for ads, landing pages, and cold/warm email sequences
• Collaborating on email sequences and with the content team on SEO and keyword alignment

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech, trading, e-commerce, or gaming
• You can take a campaign from idea to live without needing three approvals and a creative brief
• You treat data as a compass, you know what to measure, how to read it, and what to do next
• You're comfortable using AI tools and open to try the new ones
• Your Japanese is strong enough to write and localize marketing content (posts, ads, emails). Native-level isn't required, but you need to be able to work independently in the language
• Your English is solid (B2+) and enables you to operate in an international team
• You understand that financial products require a different kind of explanation than consumer goods

Bonus points if you have:

• Direct experience with the Japanese digital landscape (Yahoo! JAPAN, LINE ads, JP-specific SEO)
• Background in FX, CFD, or crypto trading
• Experience with Bloomreach
