Join Monks as an HR Administrative Analyst where you will leverage your skills in administrative analysis, supporting HR processes. This role demands proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets, particularly with pivot tables, and a strong command of English. A background in Economics, Finance, or Administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct administrative analysis using Excel and spreadsheet tools, focusing on pivot tables and data interpretation.
• Support and streamline HR processes through effective data management and analysis.
• Collaborate with HR teams to enhance process efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
• Stay updated on HR practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets with strong skills in pivot tables.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Administration preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and engage with HR processes and strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
