🔍 What will you be doing?
- Lead a global team - Manage and develop a fast-growing BDR team across Europe, Asia, and North America, building a connected, high-performing culture across time zones.
- Build the playbook - Design and own ongoing enablement: objection handling guides, training programmes, and the frameworks that set the standard for what great looks like at Primer.
- Coach relentlessly - Review discovery and demo calls regularly, delivering sharp, actionable feedback that actually moves the needle.
- Own the qualification framework - Build and iterate the lead-to-opportunity process so every handoff to a BDM is clean, consistent, and worth their time.
- Run on data - Own BDR metrics across conversion rates, days to convert, win rates, activity benchmarks, and sequence performance. Use it to spot trends, surface coaching opportunities, and make decisions.
- Sharpen the outreach - Review and improve outbound sequences across the team, raising the bar on messaging quality and testing what works.
- Connect the dots cross-functionally - Work closely with Regional Leaders, BDMs, and Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline goals. BDR output should always be moving the right deals forward.
- Grow your people - Create clear development paths for BDRs with a genuine line of sight to BDM and future roles around the business.

- Proven experience leading a BDR or SDR team in a fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environment or a standout senior BDR ready to make the step up
- Someone who leads across time zones without losing the thread on culture or motivation
- A coaching-first mentality - you get your energy from developing people, not just hitting a number
- Strong analytical instincts: you know how to pull insight from CRM and sales engagement data and act on it
- Hands-on experience building sales enablement content and qualification frameworks from scratch
- A direct communicator who gives honest, constructive feedback in a way that lands
- High standards - for pipeline quality, for messaging quality, for the level of craft in every outbound touchpoint
