💼 Role Overview
As a self-employed Payments Consultant at Dojo, you'll operate like a mini-CEO—building your own business while promoting market-leading payment solutions. You’ll prospect, educate, and onboard small businesses, managing your own pipeline and reaping both upfront and residual earnings from each merchant you bring on board
🗂️ Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local small businesses across your chosen patch
- Present tailored end‑to‑end payment solutions (POS, mPOS, e-commerce)
- Close deals to meet/exceed monthly targets
- Manage CRM pipeline meticulously
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, onboarding)
- Collect and relay market feedback to internal stakeholders
- Represent Dojo at events and grow your local brand presence
🎯 Requirements
- 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience, with preference for field sales and fintech or digital solutions knowledge
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, target-driven
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with business owners
- Ability to work independently in your region (UK licence and vehicle preferred)
- Bonus: previous payment industry or financial services experience
