The Impact You’ll Make
As a Deal Desk Analyst at Incode, you will play a key role in enabling our global sales organization to execute complex commercial agreements with speed, accuracy, and confidence. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, you’ll help structure deals, validate pricing and ARR calculations, and ensure commercial proposals align with company policies and revenue standards. Your work will directly support revenue growth while safeguarding financial integrity and operational scalability—helping Incode expand its impact across industries and regions worldwide.
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Commercial Deal Support – Review and prepare commercial proposals across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with pricing policies, revenue guidelines, and internal approval processes.
- Deal Structuring Guidance – Partner with Sales teams to evaluate complex or non-standard deal scenarios, helping structure agreements that balance revenue growth, margin protection, and operational scalability.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with Legal, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure non-standard terms and conditions are reviewed, documented, and approved according to internal governance standards.
- Revenue & ARR Validation – Validate ARR, multi-year contract values, and pricing calculations to ensure accuracy before final approval.
- Pricing Model Accuracy – Ensure the correct application of subscription, transaction-based, and hybrid pricing models across customer contracts.
- Contract Documentation & Governance – Maintain accurate deal documentation, approval trails, and organized records to support internal controls and audit readiness.
- Process Improvement & Automation – Contribute to initiatives that improve Deal Desk workflows, automate ARR calculations, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Reporting & Insights – Support the development of dashboards and reports related to bookings, ARR, and pipeline performance, helping leadership make data-driven decisions.

Your Background
- 1-2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both required).
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, with the ability to analyze and validate commercial data.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is considered an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
