Your superpowers

• Strong quantitative foundation. You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field
• Proven impact in dynamic environments. 0-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up, or scale up. First touchpoints with business consulting is a big plus!
• Problem-solver at heart. You thrive on complex, real-world challenges and excel at breaking big, ambiguous problems into smart, actionable solutions.
• Clear and confident communicator.Strong communication skills in English which allow you to convert abstract plans into structural solutions for your stakeholders.
• Go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset.You cut through ambiguity, take initiative, and turn ideas into action. Whether driving projects to delivery or building ventures from the ground up, you always find a way to make things happen.
• Analytical mindset. You have a strong grasp of math, logic, and quantitative reasoning, and bring a data-driven approach. Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
