TITLE: Business Development Representative - Healthcare

REPORTING TO: Business Development Manager

LOCATION: Brooklyn, New York (Onsite M-F)

What You’ll Do: Fuel the Flip Revolution in Voice Ai

Step up and become a critical driver on the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, helping us blast Flip from a category leader (1.0) to the undisputed market champion (2.0). This is your opportunity to join our Flippin energized Business Development team and play a high-impact role in defining the future of Voice AI-native customer support.

  • Be the Engine of Customer Acquisition: You are a key component of the GTM team, directly responsible for generating high-value outbound leads and securing critical meetings across our enterprise and mid-market healthcare segments. Your deal conversations will be dynamic, ranging from deep, complex strategies to pointed, fast-moving wins.
  • Grow with the Flow: As we scale, you will experience increasing autonomy and exciting months ahead, accelerating your personal and professional growth as a true contributor to our healthcare success.
  • Power the Cross-Functional Team: Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. Your collaboration ensures we seize immediate opportunities while strategically laying the long-term foundation for healthcare market dominance.

Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for bonus and/or commission as well as equity, in accordance with company policy, and subject to board approval.

Compensation Range:

$55,000—$75,000 USD
