Photoroom launched in 2020 after being accepted into Y Combinator and has become the world's most popular AI photo editor over the past four years. Our goal is to create the technology allowing anyone create studio-level product images in minutes.
With over 300 million downloads and processing 5+ billion images annually, we serve both individual creators and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our B2C app and B2B API solutions.
We're a profitable, remote-friendly company that has raised Series B funding and aims for 40% year-over-year growth. Our team of 100+ passionate builders focuses on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a third BDR to join our NYC-based team and help strengthen our presence in the North American market. You’ll work closely with, and be coached by, the BDR Team Lead, following an established playbook that’s helping the team hit quota quarter after quarter.
Compensation: $65k to $75k base + variable (80/20) + Stock-Options\*
Location: hybrid 3 days/week in our Chelsea office with quarterly Paris office visits (fully expensed)
About the role
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Run targeted outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified pipeline in key verticals.
- Qualify inbound leads and partner with the Head of Sales and AEs to ensure clean handoffs and strong deal progression.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify high-potential accounts and keep pipeline visibility high.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test campaigns, and improve what converts.
- Consistently hit monthly pipeline targets while keeping activity and data accurately logged in HubSpot.
About you
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Ideally as a BDR, SDR, or similar role, in B2B SaaS or API-first environments.
- You’re fluent in English and a strong communicator: concise, engaging, and persuasive.
- You’re data-driven, curious, and adaptable.
- You’re familiar with outbound tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and comfortable analyzing results.
- You’re proactive, self-starting, and excited to test, learn, and build.
- You’re enthusiastic about AI and what it makes possible.

Note: Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for positions based in France. We cannot sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France.
Hiring Process

- Take-home assignment (duration varies by role) and live review with the team (45min)
