As a Business Development Representative at Yunojuno.com, you will drive the growth of our enterprise contingent workforce solutions. You will engage senior stakeholders in Procurement and HR across large organizations to secure high-value meetings. This high-impact role is essential for building a robust pipeline that fuels our expansion in the enterprise market.

What you will do:
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach senior decision-makers in targeted enterprise accounts.
- Qualify buying signals and programme maturity to secure high-quality introductory meetings for the Senior Enterprise Sales team.
- Maintain meticulous CRM documentation of stakeholder insights and discovery data to ensure seamless opportunity handovers and tracking.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record as a BDR or SDR within B2B SaaS, workforce technology, or complex enterprise solution sales.
- Exceptional communication skills with the resilience and confidence to perform cold outreach to senior corporate stakeholders.
- Experience working within structured, KPI-driven environments with a disciplined approach to account-based prospecting and follow-up.
