As part of the Product Development team, the BI Analyst will be responsible for the creation of reports and dashboards for our customers. This means gathering requirements, documenting the design, preparing the data and developing the reports. The BI Analyst will also participate in defining the best practices and the development of new products or new functionalities.

Our Product team was created in 2021 with the goal of leveraging our 15+ years of experience of business transformation with NetSuite into creating in-house tools to compliment our customers’ use of NetSuite. Our current product is based on our customers' feedback of wanting a more sophisticated BI tool to provide end-to-end visibility on NetSuite’s data in order to make better strategic decisions to help scale up their business.

What do we value in our BI Analyst?

• 3-5 years experience building reports and dashboards for external customers
• Experience programming with SQL (a must)
• Business acumen, experience working with ERP
• Experience with visualization tool like Power BI, Google Looker Studio or Tableau
• Experience with client-facing interactions and strong focus on customer experience
• Good communication skills to provide trainings, explain technical concepts to end-users and conduct meetings with stakeholders - in both English and French\*
• Experience with Google Cloud suite (BigQuery, Workspace, etc)
• Have a BSc in Computer Science, Business Intelligence,  Information Technologies or a relevant combination of studies and experience

What’s a regular day for our BI Analyst?

• Lead the installation of our BI product and build custom reports for customers
• Support our customers with their questions on our products
• Gather requirements from the customer and insure they are reflected in their product instance
• Establish the BI practice; You will need to put in place the proper processes, tools, documentation to support the product installations
• Communicate with the users about any maintenance issues or upcoming events (new versions, projects, etc.)
• Offer your functional and technical expertise to ensure the quality of the product
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for our next Product launch; Being comfortable to challenge your colleagues on some decisions to ensure the best possible product is going to be developed.
• Be involved in all phases of a Product development: Initiation, Design, programming, testing, launching and maintenance
• Participate in building the roadmap of next features for our products, including bug fix release management
• Work with our tech stack: NetSuite, Google Cloud Platform, Google Data Studio, Slack, JIRA, BigQuery, BigQuery ML, Google AI Platform, and Google Workspace
