We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Client Services Intern (Prenatal) to join our team for the summer. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational backbone of our Client Services team. Unlike traditional customer-facing roles, this internship focuses on specialized tasks and behind-the-scenes responsibilities that support our mission of delivering exceptional client service.

You will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, including invoice auditing, supply kit logistics, process documentation, and internal reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support Client Services operations by assisting with case management, documentation review, and other workflows
• Coordinate shipping and tracking of prenatal products to ensure timely delivery
• Help identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in documentation or logistics
• Assist with quality assurance projects using CRM and LIMS tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Client Services, Operations, and Logistics
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data entry, and process documentation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

For this position, the base pay rate is $25 per hour.
