What You Will Do:

1. Design compelling, original characters that align with the game’s artistic direction and narrative.

1. Maintain stylistic consistency across all character assets, adhering to project guidelines.

1. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, gameplay needs, and technical constraints.

1. Own the character design pipeline—from initial sketches to final model sheets (turnarounds, expressions, costumes)—ensuring production-ready quality.

1. Collaborate with 3D modelers, animators, and other teams to ensure faithful representation of characters in-game.

What You Will Need:

1. Strong artistic sense with a keen eye for modern fashion, silhouette, and visual storytelling.

1. Broad cultural knowledge (film, games, folklore) to inspire unique, resonant designs.

1. Self-driven learner with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

1. Passion for gaming and familiarity with industry trends; experience playing miHoYo titles is a plus.

1. User-centric mindset—ability to translate player expectations into engaging designs.
