Creative & Motion Designer, LTX Studio

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join the LTX Studio team.

In this role, you’ll create high-quality visual and motion assets that help bring our product to life in the experience and beyond. You’ll work on in-product creative surfaces such as banners, pop-ups, and other visual components, while also supporting product demos, partner presentations, and broader product storytelling.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the tone, style, and visual language of LTX Studio’s product assets, making sure every asset feels polished, clear, and aligned with the product experience. This is a hands-on role for a designer with strong visual taste, sharp motion skills, and the ability to turn product needs into compelling creative.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Design, Brand, and Product teams to help define how LTX Studio looks, feels, and communicates to users and partners.

What you will be doing

• Design high-quality visual and motion assets for LTX Studio
• Create in-product assets such as banners, pop-ups, and visual components
• Produce motion design assets using Adobe tools, especially After Effects
• Support product demos and partner presentations with compelling visuals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Brand, and Product teams
• Maintain a strong visual identity and high design quality across all assets
• Iterate quickly as the product evolves and new needs emerge

Your skills and experience

• 2+ years of industry experience in creative design, motion design, visual communication, or a related field
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and a clear design point of view
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and motion work
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects
• Experience creating polished static and motion assets for digital products
• Experience designing in-product assets such as banners, pop-ups, and other UI-related visuals
• Ability to communicate ideas visually and work through feedback in an iterative environment
• Formal training in visual communication, graphic design, or a similar discipline is a plus
• Familiarity with creative tools or AI-driven creative platforms is a plus
