⭐ Mission
Be the first at Qonto to focus entirely on credit sales! Your mission will be to drive the adoption of our credit portfolio among existing customers, directly fueling our growth under our upcoming banking license. In this pioneer role, you will work closely with Yannick, Team Lead Inbound Sales, to shape Qonto's credit go-to-market across France and Germany.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Credit Sales for the French Market at Qonto, you will:
- Reach out to existing micro and small business customers identified through lead-scoring triggers.
- Drive conversion and volume on our credit products: Pay Later, Overdraft, Deferred Debit Card, and AR Financing.
- Act as a financial partner: Deeply understand our clients' cash flow challenges (Working Capital Requirement / WCR, payment terms, cash flow management) to guide them toward the most appropriate credit facility.
- Translate customer feedback into structured insights for our Product and PMM teams to sharpen our credit roadmap.
🤔 What you can expect:
- A pioneer position: You'll be the first fully dedicated credit sales role, tied directly to our banking license rollout.
- A warm pipeline: You'll work exclusively with existing customers showing credit intent, routed via our GrowthOps lead system.
- Real cross-functional impact: Your insights will directly shape Qonto's credit strategy.
- Tailored variable comp: Based on conversion rate and volume, not standard MRR.
🏅 About You:
- Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in account growth, expansion, or inbound sales.
- Strong Financial Acumen: You possess a solid understanding of SME corporate finance (P&L, WCR, Cash-Flow statements). Prior experience selling credit products, financing solutions (factoring, leasing), or working in B2B Fintech is highly recommended.
- Consultative Selling: You have the ability to challenge C-Levels or CFOs on their financial management, going beyond basic empathy to act as a trusted advisor.
- Communication & Empathy: You are a clear communicator who listens first, pitches second, and can turn customer conversations into actionable product insights.
- Languages: You have full professional proficiency in both French and English.
