What You’ll Be Doing:
As the voice of Rightway Garage Doors, you’ll support customers by phone, email, and chat—creating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.
- Provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency
- Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates
- Research solutions and respond to customer needs with friendly, helpful support
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer
- Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience
- Learn our offerings inside and out—becoming a knowledgeable go-to resource
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
- A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success
- High school diploma or equivalent
