What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls to identify client's needs and respond with superior service and resolution.
- Ability to understand client's objectives + challenges and align our services to accomplish their goals via phone, email, and SMS communication.
- Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirming a deal.
- Utilize our in-house CRM System and work the pipeline of inbound clients.
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of the process and regularly provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years' experience in a phone-based customer service role or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone.
- Commitment to a high standard of integrity and working in a team environment.
- When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, failure simply isn't an option.
- Desire to grow your career and tackle new challenges.
- Ability to succinctly explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, and negotiate the best deal to maximize profitability.
- A genuine interest/background in the real estate industry and excited to be part of something that's going to change the real estate space.
- Self-motivated with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to use strategic selling skills.
- Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent.
- Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
- Scheduling flexibility is required as some shifts require holidays, late evening, or weekend hours.

Working Conditions:
