The role
We are scaling AI workloads across PoC and production environments.
As we grow, operational clarity and structured delivery become critical. We are hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to strengthen launch readiness, improve cross-team coordination, and manage operational relationships with external infrastructure vendors.
You will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence as we scale AI delivery across increasingly complex infrastructure environments.

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivery Operations & Launch Readiness
- Maintain operational visibility across active PoCs and production workloads
- Establish lightweight launch readiness standards for production rollouts
- Ensure workload expectations, ownership, and escalation paths are clearly defined
- Reduce last-minute surprises in customer-facing launches
External Vendor Management
- Coordinate operational relationships with external and infrastructure vendors
- Track contracted capacity and provisioning timelines
- Monitor vendor performance and escalation workflows
- Partner with Legal and Finance on infrastructure-related agreements and follow-ups
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Improve clarity across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery handoffs
- Support structured weekly operational reviews
- Surface risks early and drive resolution across teams
