Title: Director of Plant Services
Job Duties: The Director of Plant Services is responsible for the overall supervision of ancillary personnel, such as the maintenance supervisor, maintenance assistants, laundry, and housekeeping personnel. The Director may be responsible for the supervision of the operation and maintenance of multiple buildings and structures.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/GED.
- Management/supervisor experience.
- Ability to organize, to problem-solve, and to direct and motivate staff.
- Plumbing, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and wood finishing skills.
- Knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements.
- A valid California driver’s license.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$70,000—$80,000 USD
