Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) – Fiber Internet!

$5,000 Signing & Performance Bonus | $70,000–$125,000+ Earnings | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do (Field-Based – Limited Office Reporting!)

You’ll represent GoNetspeed directly in local neighborhoods, helping people upgrade to fast, reliable fiber internet. Your day will include:

•    Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach

•    Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV

•    Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities

•    Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan

•    Staying current on product offerings and competitor options

•    Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission

•    Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

What You Bring

Experience is helpful but not required: we fully train you. You’re a great fit if you have:

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•    A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently

•    Comfort working outside in all weather conditions

•    Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule

•    Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week

•    A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

Skills That Help You Stand Out

•    Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)

•    Organized approach to managing a sales territory

•    Confident face to face communication

•    Professional, ethical customer interactions

•    Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently

Physical Requirements

•    Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)

•    Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)

•    Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)
