Job Description:
You will drive revenue growth within an established base of 150-200 mid-market customers by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Focused purely on commercial expansion, you will help organizations scale their use of predictive hiring and development tools while collaborating with Customer Success to maximize the value of every account relationship.

What you will do:
- Identify and close growth opportunities including platform upsells, usage expansion across new departments, and introducing new product capabilities.

- Lead all commercial discussions and closing processes, working in tandem with the Head of Customer Success to ensure long-term account growth.
The ideal candidate:
- 4-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management with a proven track record of driving upsell and expansion revenue.
- Strong commercial instincts and a hunter mentality within existing accounts, ideally with experience in HR tech, assessments, or people-related software.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to confidently lead high-level sales conversations with HR and People leaders.
