Role Summary

The First Impression Specialist (FIS) creates a welcoming environment for patients and families while supporting smooth clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, friendly, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; collect insurance and payments
• Answer and route phone calls
• Provide snacks and a positive, family-friendly experience
• Maintain front desk and waiting area organization
• Support patients, families, and clinic staff as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in front office, reception, or medical setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical records (E Clinical Works a plus)
• Must be available for evenings and at least 2 weekends per month

Schedule

• Weekday Shifts: 8 hours
• Weekend Shifts: 10 hours
• Rotating schedule with every other weekend required
• Clinic Hours: [Insert Weekday Hours] | [Insert Weekend Hours] (Subject to change based on company needs and training)

Zarminali Pediatrics/Urgent Care for Children is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.  

For full-time team members, our total rewards package includes competitive base pay and performance bonus potential, along with medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, 20 days of paid time off annually, 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays and a supportive, inclusive and growth-focused culture.
