We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our carsharing team in Vilnius. You’ll be at the heart of our Bolt Drive vertical, directly impacting the strategy of our vehicle fleet and maintaining the highest level of quality for our customers.

In this role, you will report to the country General Manager and work closely with local Operations, and HQ teams. Your work will be the engine of our growth, driving revenue by achieving critical operational milestones and reducing costs while maintaining a world-class fleet.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Fleet Lifecycle Management: Manage adding new cars to the fleet and removing old ones on time, ensuring high availability and minimizing costs.</point>
• <point>Process Optimization: Streamline fleet operations by creating/updating processes to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate tasks. Automate manual workflows using AI for optimized scheduling, reporting, and predictive maintenance.</point>
• <point>Cost Control: Manage all costs related to the fleet, including body repairs, insurance, and maintenance.</point>
• <point>Partner Relations: Maintain and grow professional relationships with dealers, vehicle repair services and other relevant partners.</point>
• <point>Reporting & Compliance: Oversee comprehensive reporting for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.</point>

• <point>You have 2+ years in fleet management, ideally managing large-scale fleets (500+ vehicles).</point>
• <point>You have a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and value preservation.</point>
• <point>You leverage data, excel proficiency, and a drive to automate manual tasks with AI/workflows to innovate and build the future, not just report.</point>
• <point>You have excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.</point>
• <point>You have a high attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing high-value assets.</point>
