Join a high-growth maritime technology startup to own the full client lifecycle from initial demo to multi-million pound contract expansion. You will configure the Athena platform to solve complex workforce scheduling constraints, replacing manual Excel processes with automated operational intelligence for the UK's largest port operators and international terminal groups.

What you will do:

• Lead the end-to-end sales and delivery process, including operational discovery, technical configuration of Athena, and pilot-to-contract conversion.
• Translate complex real-world constraints like union agreements and fatigue rules into structured system logic to build optimized, compliant shift schedules.
• Travel to port sites across the UK and internationally to run discovery sessions, train planners, and drive behavioral change within legacy operations.

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation for complex B2B enterprise SaaS or supply chain platforms.
• Highly technical and data-fluent with the ability to configure software to messy real-world rules using system logic and tools like Python or SQL.
• Commercially sharp with the ability to manage senior executive relationships, handle complex objections, and quantify ROI to close significant enterprise deals.
