The Global Merchant Strategy & Planning function creates clarity on priorities, drives planning and forecasting, and ensures disciplined execution across Merchant functions, including Sales, Account Management, Merchant Operations, Enterprise, and Commercial Enablement. In this role, you will own the Merchant domain planning and performance cadence, turn strategy into actionable plans, track progress against goals, and identify risks and trade-offs early.
You will align senior stakeholders around priorities, investment decisions, and performance expectations, helping bring focus and accountability across a complex, cross-functional organisation. We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader who is comfortable operating at a senior level, thrives in ambiguity, and can drive alignment and execution across multiple teams. This role is based in Tallinn, Estonia, where our HQ is located.
