The Role

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in Customer Care Specialist – French Bilingual are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer enquiries across multiple contact channels. You will be resilient and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy. You will be supported every day by a strong support network of Team Leaders and Trainers.Contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Being the first point of contact for our customers.
- Providing general support and building engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction.
- Actively offer all HelloFresh products and benefits to our customers on all interactions in line with current demands.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and feedback.
- Work towards the Customer Care team KPIs and targets set by the management team.
- Report and document any kinds of issues to the responsible departments.
- Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes.
- Run internal projects.
- Make every effort to support and positively reflect the HelloFresh brand to others.
- Being an expert regarding company policies, tools, and systems.
What you’ll bring
- At least 6 months Customer Service Representative BPO Experience.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig city and Bridgetowne, Quezon city.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Strong customer service orientation with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Background in customer service, sales, or technical support roles is highly preferred
- Demonstrated active listening and comprehension skills to effectively address customer needs
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage time, and multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- High level of adaptability and flexibility to changes in processes, tools, or client requirements
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and adherence to process excellence.
