Als HR Officer Retail ben je de operationele motor van het HR-team voor onze Arcades en Casino. Je ondersteunt het management en onze medewerkers bij alles wat met soft HR te maken heeft en helpt mee om grote HR-projecten succesvol uit te rollen. Je bent hands-on en zorgt ervoor dat onze medewerkers zich welkom, ondersteund en gewaardeerd voelen.
Jouw uitdagingen
- Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse HR-operations binnen Retail: soft HR-vragen, verzuimopvolging, onboarding en offboarding.
- Actief bijdragen aan HR-projecten die de employee experience verbeteren, zoals welzijn, engagement en interne communicatie.
- Administratieve opvolging en correcte verwerking van personeelsgegevens en rapportering.
- Fungeren als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
- Zorgen voor een vlotte toepassing van HR-processen en policies binnen de Retail-afdeling.
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (bij voorkeur in HR, personeelswerk of administratie).
- Ervaring in HR-administratie of soft HR is een must.
- Hands-on mentaliteit, nauwkeurig en discreet.
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een troef).
- Teamspeler die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met medewerkers op alle niveaus.
Ons aanbod

Je werkt minstens vier dagen per week in ons Grand Casino in Knokke, waar je dicht bij de medewerkers en leidinggevenden staat. Daarnaast werk je één dag per week op ons hoofdkantoor in Erembodegem, samen met het bredere People Team.
