As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Key Account Manager – Allegro to our Polish team – position based in Warsaw (Hybrid - 3 days a week).
OVERVIEW
As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years, we have created a new position of Key Account Manager Allegro, based in Poland. This role will be instrumental in driving the next phase of business development in Spain and strengthening our local team.
Working closely with the Product, Marketing, Digital teams and the European Hub, this person will be accountable for driving customer growth and executing the SharkNinja Spain market strategy, with a strong focus on profitable sales growth across the portfolio.
Reporting to the Country Lead Poland, the Key Account Manager will develop, implement and execute account-specific business plans, promotions and activations the ecommerce platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and execute a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets
- Act as category captain for Floorcare, Kitchen and Beauty categories
- Ensure Shark and Ninja brands are represented in a positive and professional manner, both online and offline
- Plan and execute commercial activities across the e-commerce channel to drive strong sell-out performance
- Ensure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company objectives
- Manage promotional investments (SOA) to deliver sales growth while protecting margins
- Negotiate win-win commercial agreements with retail partners
- Analyse market trends, sales performance and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities
- Organise and participate in product launches
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and pricing
- Identify and develop new retail opportunities to deliver incremental business growth
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS
- Proven Key Account Management experience with Allegro
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Strong interest in innovative consumer products
- Results-driven with strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and commercial acumen
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of initiative
- Proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience
- Experience building sales and marketing strategies at market level
- Comfortable managing data, generating reports and working remotely or while travelling
- Experience working directly with key retail partners (specialists and/or food chains preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to visit customers
In certain locations, this position will be hired and employed through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR). SharkNinja will be responsible for the day-to-day work, supervision, and performance management of the role, but the EOR will be the employer of record for legal and administrative purposes (i.e., payroll, benefits, compliance).
