An Introduction to Codal

Who you’ll be working with

We ideate, create, and coordinate. We analyze, strategize, organize, and prioritize. We bridge the communication channel between the client and our project team. We chart the course and navigate the product roadmap sprint by sprint. Some of us are product owners. Some of us are scrum masters. Many of us wear multiple hats and do whatever’s needed to deliver successful projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide senior oversight for managed services and smaller emerging engagements, ensuring consistent delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
  • Establish and enforce delivery management best practices, including backlog health, prioritization, release planning, RAID management, and reporting.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for delivery, resourcing, scope, and performance challenges across managed services accounts.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, Design, and PMO to ensure stable operations alongside incremental feature delivery and optimizations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope through enhancements, optimization initiatives, platform improvements, and roadmap evolution.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders by demonstrating reliability, transparency, and proactive communication.
  • Support account growth and renewals by translating operational insights into clear value-based recommendations.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts for managed services and follow-on work, including scoping, staffing models, and proposal input.
  • Mentor Product Managers and Delivery Managers on strong execution, client management, and operational discipline.
  • Help define and continuously improve Codal’s managed services playbooks, templates, and delivery standards.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

  • MUST have client facing experience.
  • Eight (8)+ years of relevant Product experience, with at least five (5) years spent in the consulting industry.
  • Experience leading and managing programs and/or projects, including mission critical programs, IT systems implementation, solutions development.
  • People management and performance coaching experience.
  • Experience growing accounts through trust, execution excellence, and incremental value creation.
  • Proven ability to establish, maintain, and grow executive level relationships.
  • High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams and building career pathways.
  • Maturity and good judgment.
  • Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.

Bonus Points for these (Preferred Experience)

  • E-commerce experience.
  • CSPO or PMP certification
  • Jira Software/Confluence experience
  • Google Suite experience
  • Ideally a progression in your career playing multifaceted roles

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position

Pay range

$130,000—$175,000 USD
