Who are we hiring?

The Merchandise Worker is responsible for preparing merchandise displays and selling products to guests in a friendly & courteous manner.

What will you do?

• Preparing merchandise displays and selling products to fans in a friendly & courteous manner.
• Process cash and charge transactions.
• Assisting supervisors with timely set-up and breakdown of all work areas; maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Cash handling, and the operation of cash register including the completion of a daily and nightly inventory.
• Preform opening and closing responsibilities per location as presented by manager.

What do you need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate must have prior cash handling experience.
• Articulate with excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast paced, service environment.
• Will have the ability to handle customer situations in a highly sensitive, heightened, and urgent environment, escalating to managers when necessary.

Special Requirements

• General physical requirements such as lifting, pushing, pulling up to 30 lbs., standing for long periods, walking long distances, bending and constant motion is often required.
• May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors
• May be deployed to outdoor posts that may be exposed to triple-digit temperatures, UV rays, high winds, or monsoon weather. Appropriate hydration, PPE, and sun protection will be provided.
• May have outdoor and UV exposure
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Hourly Pay Range

$18—$18 USD
