We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Be part of a cross-functional team supporting integration initiatives across BEES products and partners;
• Act as a backend developer focused on product activation and integration with external partners;
• Work closely with implementation partners to enable and validate product integrations for new clients;
• Validate data flows and ensure proper functioning of APIs and integrated systems;
• Support troubleshooting activities, analyzing logs and investigating issues in integrations;
• Collaborate with commercial and product teams, contributing with technical insights during client onboarding and product activation;
• Manage integration flows for different clients, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables;
• Continuously improve integration processes and ensure reliability and scalability of solutions.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Experience as a Mid-Level Backend Developer, preferably in system integration environments;
• Experience with Java;
• Experience working with APIs (REST), Postman, and integration tools;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure;
• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, CSV, and relational structures;
• Experience with system integration, including APIs, messaging, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs);
• Ability to perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and debugging of integration flows;
• Understanding of version control systems and development best practices;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including business, product, and external partners;
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish (comfortable for conversations with partners).
