Role Overview

This is a key role providing operational and analytical support to partners, working closely with Customer Success to ensure a positive partner experience.

What you'll do:

• Managing the setup and ongoing maintenance of the partner’s store (Digital Communications, Promotions, Catalog, Club B, Tasks, etc.) according to the defined strategy
• Analyzing the partner store’s performance results
• Proposing strategies and action plans based on data insights to drive results
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution runs smoothly for the partner

What you'll need:

• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
• Good time management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to execute quickly and efficiently
• Problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
• Knowledge of Databricks (SQL or PySpark) — nice to have
