• <point>Collaborate: Work with local operations and HQ teams to streamline processes and suggest improvements.</point>
• <point>Supply Management: Manage the driver acquisition, conversion, and activation processes autonomously.</point>
• <point>Data Analysis: Monitor supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization.</point>
• <point>Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and solve operational challenges.</point>
• <point>Partnership Building: Form bonds with local businesses to enhance demand and support supply growth.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have 4+ years of experience in Operations, Startup, or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks</point>
• <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and  Malay</point>
• <point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, and you have hands-on operational skills</point>
• <point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently</point>
• <point>You thrive in a fast-paced environment</point>
• <point>You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth</point>
