The work:

As a Data Scientist in this role, you will assist in the design and development of an application in Palantir Foundry to enable the client to track and forecast costs with space launch equipment. Your work will involve creating and implementing data models, visualizations, and Python scripts to analyze and interpret complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance applications in Palantir Foundry
• Build data models, visualizations, and automated workflows using Python
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure on‑time delivery
• Create user guides and technical documentation

Here is what you need:

• US citizenship (Secret clearance eligible)
• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience developing in Palantir Foundry
• Strong Python skills for custom algorithms and workflow automation
• Solid data engineering background
• Ability to present insights through clear, effective visualizations

Preferred experience:

• Active DOD Secret clearance highly desired
• Experience with cost‑tracking or cost‑forecasting tools
• Familiarity with aerospace or space launch datasets

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$86,400—$176,200 USD
