About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, hands-on Partner Acquisition Manager, Marketplace Supply to own and operate Proof’s supply growth and acquisition function. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling our nationwide network of independent Process Servers to support client growth, marketplace efficiency, and long-term retention.
This is a manager-level role with full functional ownership. You will directly manage the Supply Acquisition team, own day-to-day decision-making, and be accountable for results. You’ll operate as a player-coach leading the team while staying close to execution, and will help transition Proof from traditional “server recruitment” toward a more strategic, systems-driven supply growth and retention model.
Core Objectives
Own Proof’s supply growth and acquisition function end to end.
Lead and manage the Supply Acquisition team, providing direction, accountability, and coaching.
Build and optimize the full supply funnel, from lead generation through qualification and activation.
Develop and test messaging, positioning, and acquisition campaigns that attract high-quality Process Servers.
Independently drive supply-facing marketing initiatives in the near term, transitioning execution as the team grows.
Track and improve conversion speed, quality, and consistency across the activation experience.
Rapidly respond to shifting marketplace needs in priority regions.
Establish clear metrics and reporting for supply growth, funnel performance, and team effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
You will run the supply growth function day to day. You’ll manage and mentor the Supply Acquisition Specialists, make prioritization and execution decisions without escalation, and ensure the team consistently delivers results. You’ll balance leadership with hands-on work running campaigns, refining outreach, testing sourcing strategies, and stepping in directly when urgent market needs arise.You’ll monitor funnel performance, identify breakdowns, and implement improvements using automation, AI tools, and better processes.
Team collaboration will be critical. You’ll work cross-functionally with Dispatch, Server Experience, and Compliance leaders as well as our Go-to-Market and Platform Operations teams to ensure supply growth aligns with operational and client needs. Over time, you’ll help shape the structure, tooling, and strategy of Proof’s broader supply organization.

You’ve recruited and activated large numbers of independent contractors and understand how to build repeatable, scalable acquisition engines. You think like a recruiter, marketer, and operator balancing quality, speed, and efficiency, and you’re comfortable making decisions and being accountable for outcomes.
You’re motivated by building something durable, leading a team, and growing into broader responsibility as the business scales.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in contractor acquisition, supply growth, operations, or marketplace roles
Experience running or contributing to lead-generation funnels (not solely traditional recruiting)
Proven experience managing and developing a small team
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM funnels, and automation tools
Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, and contractor acquisition strategies
Experience managing budgets and improving performance metrics
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proficiency with Google Suite, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), and AI-enabled tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in double-sided marketplaces or platform-based startups
Experience working with contractor onboarding, compliance, or activation workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range $90,000 – $125,000 based on experience and location
Competitive performance-based bonus
