So, what’s the role all about?
The Partner Executive is responsible for implementing NiCE’s cohesive business development strategy to drive profitable growth through our partner ecosystem. The right candidate will drive sales opportunities, marketing campaigns and partner enablement to ignite growth within existing NiCE partnerships and potentially new ones.
The Partner Executive will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to execute on corporate strategy for new growth in Public Sector (Federal, State & Local Government and Education (SLED)) primarily with some Commercial business as well. Your goal will be to drive expansion with partners by leveraging your expertise in and knowledge of channel partner management, cloud service provider platforms, hyperscalers, cloud and digital transformation, CRM platforms with NiCE’s digital channels and Contact Center as a Service offerings.
How will you make an impact?
- Establish and manage relationships inside NiCE partner ecosystem within Federal SLED and Commercial to drive strategic initiatives that deliver profitable revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion
- Develop joint business opportunities and execute development programs ecosystem growth
- Exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation and product/service utilization
- Drive adoption and expansion of NiCE products and services by leveraging strategic technology partnerships, including hyperscalers, Resellers and/or GSI/RSI’s
- Serve as the partner development lead for assigned strategic partners serving as conduit to resources from sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, and leadership to achieve differentiated ecosystem growth
- Document and present joint business plans for partner’s business goals and objectives that align partner company solutions that support their success
- Lead training and enablement for partners on NiCE company products, services, and Go-To Market
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify, document, and track opportunities for continuous improvement
- Leverage established support and management processes to escalate and resolve partner issues in a timely manner
- Drive partner strategy by thoroughly understanding industry trends, innovation, and market commercials relevant to partner ecosystem
- Attend and participate in industry and partner events relevant to assigned partners
- Perform other duties as assigned including hitting assigned quota.
Have you got what it takes?
- 5+ years of technology sales experience
- 3+ years in partner channel with a proven track record of successfully managing partnerships
- 2+ years previous experience in contact center software, CRM or related industry
- Experience working with national/global partners
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
- Enterprise business and financial modeling experience
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen to quickly assess the situation and then convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in Public Sector is a must.
- Strong presentation skills – must possess the ability to sell and effectively build credibility in front of all levels of management, including an executive audience
- Analytical and quantitative abilities required – must be able to interpret and explain financial and business statistical information
- Broad knowledge of Sales and Marketing
- Business development skillsets for pursuing new business opportunities to generate revenue for the company
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
