The Role
We are looking for a Partner Associate to manage and grow our Scaled Partner portfolio. This role is designed for a high-energy, commercially minded professional who can manage a large volume of "wholesale" and "embedded" partners.
You will be the primary point of contact for a broad book of partners who integrate our data into their own platforms. Your goal is to ensure these partners remain successful, renew their agreements, and most importantly, identify opportunities to expand their usage and adopt new product modules. This is a high-impact role that combines account management, sales strategy, and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Portfolio Management at Scale: Own the commercial relationship for a large book of wholesale and platform partners, with accountability for retention and expansion revenue.
- Drive Partner Expansion: Proactively identify "signals" for upsell and cross-sell within your partner base, ensuring they are leveraging the full breadth of our product suite.
- Wholesale Excellence: Manage high-volume renewal cycles efficiently, ensuring no partner is left behind and commercial terms remain optimized for both parties.
- Enabled Growth: Act as a "Partner Coach," ensuring your partners have the resources and documentation they need to successfully resell or embed ComplyAdvantage into their own customer bases.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and accurate forecast of renewals and expansion opportunities within Salesforce, prioritizing your time based on the highest-impact deals.
- Feedback Loop: Be the "voice of the partner" for our Product and Ops teams, identifying common pain points or feature requests across your high-volume portfolio.
- Program Automation: Assist in building and refining "one-to-many" communication strategies (e.g., newsletters, automated webinars, or partner portals) to keep the scaled portfolio engaged.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Customer Success - ideally within SaaS, Fintech, or RegTech.
- Commercial Drive: You have a "hunter" mindset within an existing book of business; you enjoy the challenge of uncovering expansion revenue.
- High Velocity: You are comfortable juggling a large number of accounts simultaneously and know how to use CRM tools (Salesforce) and automation to stay organized.
- Consultative Approach: You can quickly understand a partner’s business model and articulate how ComplyAdvantage adds value to their end-users.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can distill complex technical updates into clear, actionable benefits for partners.
- Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by hitting and exceeding quarterly commercial targets.
